China's great gamble

It is an illusion to think that a system, or change of a system, can make a difference for a nation. What matters first and foremost is a collective spirit of a nation irrelevant of their underlying system. A nation with great collective spirit will be successful and prosperous whether they are a democracy, a kingdom, an autocracy, or anything. China has an unbreakable collective spirit at the moment and they will be a prosperous nation for a very long time indeed. We all know that the West has been trying to break their spirit using all possible means but it is all fruitless. The West have to roll up their sleeves and start working hard for less money if they want to be competitive to China.
